What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made 24 hours before your appointment.
Failure to do so will result in a $75 cancellation fee.
 

do you only take insurance?

No, we also offer cash-based packages!

Worker’s Comp -
Please call our clinic to see if we take your type of Worker’s Comp.

Cash Rates -
Initial Evaluation | $200
Following Visits | $175/visit

Cash Packages - *does NOT include the $175 Initial Evaluation
> 5 visits for $600
> 10 visits for $1,000
payment must be made in FULL at the time of visit.
 

My insurance is out of network, are you still able to take it?

Yes, but your rates/benefits will be different than your in-network benefits depending on your insurance policy. Please check-in with your insurance provider to double check your network status with us. You can also call our office and we can verify this information as well.

do you take medi-cal or hmo?

Unfortunately, we do not accept these plans.

how’s the parking?

We have a parking lot in the plaza as well as a parking lot behind the clinic.
 

do you offer massage therapy?

No, but we can refer you to a great local massage therapist in Riviera Village with whom we have had a long standing relationship with for many years!
