What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made 24 hours before your appointment.
Failure to do so will result in a $75 cancellation fee.
 

do you only take insurance?

No, we take cash-based and Worker’s Comp patients as well.

My insurance is out of network, are you still able to take it?

Yes, but your rates/benefits will be different than your in-network benefits depending on your insurance policy. Please check-in with your insurance provider to double check your network status with us. You can also call our office and we can verify this information as well.

do you take medi-cal or hmo?

Unfortunately, we do not accept these plans.

Since you’re on the 2nd floor, do you have elevator access?

Yes.
 

how’s the parking?

We have a parking lot in the plaza as well as an underground parking garage.
 

do you offer massage therapy?

No, but we do work next door to a massage therapist and acupuncturist who are both great.

How long is each session?

1 hour.
